From Venice’s lagoon and the initiative of three women, comes cold compound gin,

On a strip of land between sky and sea, called the Barena Veneziana, grow the flower cultivations of Luigi, the father of The Sister’s Gin.
All of the flowers crop is edible: every day, we hand-pick 200,000 flowers that colour and aromatize kitchens and tables worldwide.
The sensations of our flowers meet the world of mixology: the idea is born of a gin which sums up all our history, the scents of our flowers and the feeling of belonging to our area.
The Sister’s Gin is a cold compound 40% Vol. gin, which has a base of soft grain alcohol to which the various cold botanicals are added using the technique that dates back to the times of prohibition, when secret distilleries using makeshift facilities would make the so-called “Bathub Gins”.
With this technique, more essential oils and aromas can be extracted from the various plants, flowers and spices, to obtain a more aromatic and complex product than a classic distilled gins.
The soul of The Sister’s Gin are our fresh edible violets, which we grow a short way from Venice’s brackish marshlands.
In limited batches, it withholds the skills of our master ‘botanical’ distiller, who contributes to its balanced and harmonious nature.
Slightly softer and much smoother than traditional Gin, naturally floral to the nose but balanced and distinctive in taste.
