Forget the bunches of ingredients assembled at random: there are precise rules for composing excellent salads!
1) THE “PROTAGONIST” SEASON BASE

At will, add the cheeses such as feta, fontina, parmesan flakes, scamorza avoiding the common mozzarella. Add the fruit: mango, avocado, apple, strawberries, pear, orange. You can also insert grilled chicken, smoked salmon, fresh tuna. Remember that the crunchy component is important so go ahead with dried fruit, toasted sesame and croutons.
4) THE HEALTHY CONDIMENTS
Always use them of quality in this order: salt, vinegar and finally olive oil. Also prepare sauces with lemon, orange, mustard or vinaigrette juice with herbs and herbs.
5) THE “MORE” HABIT
Don’t forget the flowers and herbs: add them as you like to give originality and add flavors and aromas.
