Ingredients:
150 gr fillets of sole
extra virgin olive oil q.s.
salt to taste.
black pepper to taste
lemon and orange zest to taste
thyme to taste
1 slice of orange
mixed dried flowers

 

Preparation:
Marinate the sole fillets with oil, salt, pepper, lemon and orange zest, thyme for at least 1 hour, season with salt, then cook them in the oven at 180 degrees for 15/20 minutes. Serve on a slice of orange.
