2 oz. The Sister’s Gin
1/4 oz. dry vermouth
Edible violets to decorate
Fill a martini glass with ice to cool it. In a mixing glass add the ice, gin, dry vermouth and mix well. Remove the ice from the Martini cup and pour the cocktail, filtering it. Squeeze the lemon zest on the surface of the cocktail to perfume it and insert it in the glass. Garnish with fresh edible violets.
