Frozen Yogurt? Prepare it for a tasty snack or as a refined dessert: the surprise effect is guaranteed, especially if you embellish it with fresh edible flowers!
Ingredients for 6 servings:
400 g of frozen fruit to taste
4 spoons of honey
500 g of Greek yogurt
200 g of fresh fruit
fresh edible flowers
With the help of a food processor, blend the fruit, yogurt and honey until a creamy mixture is obtained. Add edible flowers. Transfer to 6 bowls (plastic cups are also fine) and for each stick an ice cream stick in the center. Store in the freezer until well frozen. When serving, warm the glass in your hands, turn it upside down and you’re done!
