IDEAL FOR SPECIAL MOMENTS

 

Ingredients:
½ l of milk
4 eggs
120 g of brown sugar
lemon zest to taste
25 g of corn starch
25 g of flour type 00

 

Preparation:
Heat half a liter of milk, whisk 4 egg yolks with 120 g of brown sugar and grated lemon zest, then add 25 g of corn starch and 25 g of flour type 00.
When the milk is boiling, add the egg cream and mix with a whisk to avoid lumps and let it boil for a few minutes.
