A side dish to be enjoyed lukewarm, “reinforced” by fresh cubed cheese and the sweetness of almonds and sultanas.




(depending on the portions you want to prepare)
Radicchio di Chioggia I.G.P.
“Dairy” type soft cheese
blanched almonds


In a pan, stew the radicchio with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste; Finally add the sultanas. In the meantime roughly cut the almonds and toast them on a high flame. Transfer the radicchio to a baking dish, add the almonds and soft cheese cubes.


Extra tip for you:
If you love warm side dishes, finish the dish by placing the dish in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 10/15 minutes, or at least until the cheese on the surface starts to form a light golden crust.
