Orange time? Prepare the perfect Blood Orange Gin for the aperitif time, with a citrus and winter touch.
120 ml cup of blood orange juice (obtained from 1 or 2 oranges depending on the quality)
120 ml cup of tonic water
45 ml of gin The Sister’s Gin
1/2 lime squeezed
1 tablespoon of sugar to garnish the glasses
Wet the rim of the glasses lightly with water, then press them upside down in brown sugar to create the decoration on the rim. In a shaker with ice add all the ingredients, shake well and serve in the glasses by filtering. You can garnish with rosemary or fresh thyme if you like.
