For the Easter table an original and cheerful idea; an easy-to-prepare single-portion appetizer that your kids will love!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
160 g of Parmesan Cheese
50 g misticanza salad mix or baby green lettuce
4 pine nuts
Cook the hard-boiled eggs, peel them and set them aside.
In the meantime, prepare the baskets of Parmesan cheese: cover a baking tray with parchment paper and grate the cheese until it covers the entire surface. Bake for a few minutes in a hot oven until the cheese has melted and is a little golden. Immediately after, with the mixture still hot, cut into a cross and cut 4 squares; with the help of a spoon, give the concave shape of the basket and let it cool.
Finish the composition by placing the salad inside the basket, and lay the egg that you have already decorated with pine nuts for the beak, cloves for the eyes and pieces of carrot for the crest.
